About Us
For over a decade Ducks in the Window has evolved into the worlds largest rubber duck shop. We have over 1,000 different styles of rubber ducks that match most any persons occupation, personalty, favorite sport, leisure activity, and even Celebrities. You will find fireman ducks, golfer ducks, Star Wars ducks, Batman ducks, and even a Rolling Stones Mick Jagger duck.
Our small family owned business is located in the charming beach resort town of Chatham, Massachusetts, Cape Cod, where visitors come from far and wide to specifically see the store with all the ducks. It's truly something that must be seen to be believed.
In addition to our retail shop in town, we operate a wholesale operation about a mile away and are the exclusive importer for many popular brands such as Bud Ducks, Lanco, and Schnables.
Under our exclusive brand DITW Designs we continue to develop new style rubber ducks that can't be found anywhere else. Our very first duck Finny The Great White Shark was created in partnership with Celerbriducks in California USA and we also manufacture the only Teacher Rubber Duck, and our Wedding Couples Gift Box is one of our best retail sale items.
A big part of our business revolves around procuring other duck themed items from coffee mugs, hats, and all types of accessories. If our store doesn't have it, our online website will showcase items of every type.
"Where did the name of your store come from?"
Ducks in the Window has two large picture framed windows where our jumbo rubber ducks are placed with custom embroidered names on sailors caps toped off with a decorative bandana around its neck. Our storefront is one of Cape Cods most photographed and you can find people of all ages searching for their names. Hence, the name of the shop was born. Ducks in the Window is an iconic institution on Chatham's Main Street, and our personalized custom jumbo rubber ducks are really what differentiates us and offers a one-of-a-kind gift that is not sold anywhere in the world.
